He was interested in the military〔 and in art since his childhood. He was influenced by the work of Joaquín Torrents Lladó. He spent time in Pamplona in 1984 during his national service in the Spanish army. At the end of the 1980s he worked as a professional textile designer but his interests remained as oil painting, the military, horses and models.〔 His first exhibition was in Madrid at the Arcadia Gallery in 1993. The exhibitions are now every year as well as exhibiting in England, France and America.〔 Moving to Valladolid〔 he sells his military paintings which are known for being hyper realist.
